May 10, 2024 - On April 22, the City of Fridley awarded the 2024 Street Rehabilitation Project to North Valley Inc. of Nowthen, MN. Construction activity for the street project is currently anticipated to begin in July, Additional information on construction scheduling to be provided in June. In advance of the City’s project, Michels Corporation will be performing gas main and service replacement on behalf of CenterPoint Energy along portions of Lucia Lane, Norton Avenue and Buchanan Street. This work is anticipated to begin the week of May 20th and will take approximately two weeks.
