The 2024 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project includes the installation of approximately two miles of sanitary sewer main liner throughout the City. Trenchless cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners are utilized as a cost effective and less intrusive method to address root intrusion and prevent groundwater infiltration within the City’s sanitary sewer collection system. Funding for this project is provided by the City’s Sewer Utility Fund, and there will be no special assessments for the project.
