Recycling Collection
The City of Fridley has a city-provided recycling service. Pickup is every other week, usually on the same day as your garbage collection. A holiday can sometimes push back collection one day.
Wondering when your recycle day is? Search for your property in the Fridley Neighborhood Map.
Garbage Collection
In Fridley, weekly garbage collection is required for all homeowners and can be set up through any of our licensed haulers. Recycling is organized by the city and billed with your quarterly water bill.
To find currently licensed haulers, visit the CitizenServe portal and select Solid Waste Hauler License from the dropdown to view the list.

Certification Process
Delinquent utility service charges left unpaid by current or former customers along with associated administrative fees, plus interest, may become a lien on the property served and be certified to Anoka County to be collected with next year's property taxes.
Notices are mailed on or before October 1 each year for accounts with delinquent balances owing on charges billed through July 31 of the current year. If the delinquent balances are not cleared, the amounts are sent for certification to the property taxes.
Fees
In accordance with Minnesota Statute § 604.113, you will be charged $30 for any payment returned.
