Declaring a Vacancy on the Fridley City Council, Calling for Qualified Persons to Apply, Setting a Special Meeting on March 4, 2025

On February 10, 2025, the Fridley City Council (Council) accepted the resignation of Ward 1 Councilmember Tom Tillberry effective February 11, 2025.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Fridley City Charter the Council has declared a vacancy of the Ward 1 Councilmember position.

Notice is hereby given that the Council is calling for qualified persons to apply for appointment by submitting an online application at FridleyMN.gov/CouncilForm, or by contacting the City Clerk Division at CityClerk@FridleyMN.gov or 763-572-3523.

Notice is hereby given that the Council has set a Special Meeting on March 4, 2025, at 7 p.m. to interview qualified candidates for appointment to the Ward 1 Councilmember position.
