Notice of Public Hearing of the Planning Commission on Jan. 6

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on December 18 at 7 p.m. at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

The public hearing will consider a Lot Split, LS #24-02, by Maria Herrera, for a Lot Split request, to allow a property line adjustment of six feet from 5210 Pierce Street to 5216 Pierce Street, generally located at 5210 Pierce Street.
