14 CHANGING KENNELS TO MULTIPLE PET LOCATIONS AND RENUMBERING SECTIONS OF THIS

I.
Title
An ordinance of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, amending the
Fridley City Code Chapter 101. Animal Control.
II.
Summary
The City Council of the City of Fridley does hereby ordain as follows:
That Chapter 101. Animal Control, is amended to create two
new sections to allow for the keeping of and regulation of chickens and
honeybees and to define kennels as a business and amend kennel to multiple pet
location requiring property owners having more than three dogs, cats or any
combination thereof to apply for a multiple pet location license.
III. Notice
This title and summary has been published to clearly inform
the public of the intent and effect of the Fridley City Code. A copy of the ordinance, in its entirety, is
available for inspection by any person during regular business hours at the
offices of the City Clerk of the City of Fridley, 6431 University Ave N.E.,
Fridley, MN.
