PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the Fridley Planning Commission at the Fridley Municipal Center, 6431 University Avenue N.E. on July 15, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of:
Consideration of a Preliminary Plat, PS 15-01, by MN Hotel Partners LLC, to create a separate lot on the SW corner of the property to allow the construction of a hotel project, legal description on file and available at Fridley Municipal Center, generally located at 250 57th Avenue NE.
