Learn the basics: skills, rules and strategies.
Classes and games held at Commons Park,
Bring your own glove. Bats and "softie balls" provided.

Game Night will be Thursday, July 13 at Commons Park #3 field with a family cookout!

Soccer: Grades K-3

Mon & Wed, 6:15 - 7:00 p.m.

Session I: $39
June 19 - July 12 (no class July 3)
Learn soccer basics: dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and more.
Small-sided scrimmages teach teamwork and good sportsmanship. Our instructors keep the atmosphere fun, friendly and non-competitive.

Beginning Tennis: Gr 1-6

Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Join us at the Commons Park tennis courts to learn this life-long sport!
Hitting the ball, volleys, forehand, backhand and game rules will be taught.

Track and Field: Ages 4-9

Ages 4-6: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Ages 7-9: Mondays & Wednesdays

Let's run! Students will be introduced to different track and field events and games with an emphasis on fundamentals and technique. There will be an end of session track and field meet on August 16 and 17. Athletes must wear appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle to each class.

Football: Ages 7-9

$45 includes T-shirt

Boys and girls will be introduced to the basic skills, rules and game of football during this 8-session program. Classes and games will be held at Commons Park. Footballs provided. This is a non-contact class. Participants should wear molded football cleats. A "Game Night" (flag football) will be held on Thursday, August 17 followed by an award presentation.

Parent/Child Football: Ages 4-6

Mondays & Wednesdays
July 24 - August 16

$45/parent-child pair includes a t-shirt for child and award presentation

Learn the basics! This parent-child program will learn the skills of football through repeated drills including throwing, catching, running and other early age fundamentals. This is a non-contact class. Soft footballs provided. Commons Park.
We also offer daytime Instructional Activities, including a variety of sports, throughout the summer. You can sign up for these activities within our ROCKS program or separately.
