Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on April 22nd, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

The public hearing will consider a Vacation, SAV #24-01 by Natasha Lawrence, for two five-foot utility and drainage easement on the vacant lot north of 6663 Lucia Lane NE, to allow for the construction of a single family home. The legal description is on file and available at Fridley Civic Campus.
