Pumpkin Night in the Park
Pumpkin Night in the Park is back! Bring the whole family to Springbrook for a celebration of fall, fun, and PUMPKINS, lots of Pumpkins! Experience enchanted trails, costumed characters, kids dance with a DJ, 1,000 glowing pumpkins, delicious food, and more!
Please note: ALL TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE. THERE WILL BE NO TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE GATE.
Purchase tickets online or during business hours at Springbrook Nature Center or Fridley City Hall.

Are you looking for a really fun volunteer opportunity? Do you like pumpkins? Are you ready to wield a power tool to remove the guts from a seasonal gourd? We have lots of volunteer jobs this fall! Check out the jobs below and fill out the sign up genius sheet to sign up for your time slot. Sunday, October 17 - Thursday, October 21 (Various shifts available) Volunteers who wish to help gut 1,000 pumpkins must be old enough to handle a power drill on their own. (we suggest you are at least 15) Younger volunteers will be able to help move pumpkins around in storage, and help preserve the pumpkins with oil before stacking. Interested? Sunday, October 17 - Thursday, October 21 (Various shifts available) Pumpkin Carving Managers help members of the public get the instructions, supplies, and space they need to carve a pumpkin. Saturday, October 23rd 8 - 10:30 am
Help place more than 1,000 pumpkins along the trail in preparation of the big event. Dress for the morning weather in clothes that are ok to get some pumpkin guts on. This is a great volunteer job for all ages - bring the kids along! Check out the sign up sheet by clocking "Pumpkin Placers" above.
Friday, October 22 9 am - noon, 1 pm - 4 pm shifts
Ready to be a mover and a shaker? Help place pumpkin stands, benches, tents, and more to get ready for the big event. Dress to be outdoors and bring work gloves, water and snacks. Check out the sign up sheet by clicking "Pumpkin Night Set Up" above.
Sunday, October 24th 11:00 am - 2 pm
Help the staff of SNC clean up after Pumpkin Night in the Park. We will be piling pumpkins, putting away benches, tents, electrical cords, etc. Bring work gloves if you have them, as well as snacks and water. Check out the sign up sheet by clicking "Pumpkin Night Clean Up" above.
