This project is a part of the city's Pavement Preservation Program. Resurfacing the street is the main goal. Affected properties included 69th Avenue between Central and Shamrock Lane and Anoka Street between 69th and 68th Avenue.
This City flood control project will add a storm sewer interceptor on Craigbrook Way from East River Road to Alden Way. Construction impacts will include partial closures and short detours of East River Road, Craigbrook Way, and Alden Way.
The project, scheduled for June through August, will include pavement rehabilitation and the addition of a 10’ multi-use trail on the west side of the street from Medtronic Parkway to 61st Avenue, establishing bike lanes on north and south side of the roadway from 61st Avenue to Highway 65, and utility improvements. Residents in the area have been notified and have provided their input at multiple public meetings with the City.
