1 part Elderflower Liqueur
1 part Lemon Juice
Tonic Water
1 Spiral Lemon

Beer Tops


Quarter Lime
1 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 oz Ginger beer to top off drink
Rub & Rye Cocktail
Mesquite salt or your favorite barbecue dry rub spice mixture for rim of glass
1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
.75 oz Lemon juice
.75 oz Maple syrup
5 oz of your favorite Malt beer
5 drops Barbecue bitters
Garnish with Beef jerky
Salt for rim (optional)
2 oz Tequila
.75 oz Cointreau, or any Triple Sec Liqueur
1 oz Lime juice
4 oz Corona or your favorite light Beer
Garnish:1 Lime wheel
Irish Coffee

Two 12-ounce bottles amber ale
4 strips orange peel (removed from the orange with a vegetable peeler)
4 maraschino cherries, optional

2.5 oz Rye whiskey
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 tsp herbal liqueur
.25 oz Lemon juice
3 dashes Peychauds Bitters
